The standard fee for a 50-minute individual therapy session it is $200 and for couples it is $250. Insurance clients typically pay a copay or coinsurance amount depending on their plan. Fees reflect session time, preparation, documentation, treatment planning, and ongoing professional development.
Do you accept insurance?
Several major insurance providers are accepted. Your out-of-pocket cost depends on your deductible, copay, coinsurance, and plan benefits. Contact your insurance provider to confirm mental health coverage and session limits.
What if I choose private pay?
Private pay offers flexibility and additional privacy. Payment is due at the time of service. A detailed Superbill can be provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
What is a Good Faith Estimate?
Under federal law, clients not using insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining expected service costs. If you receive a bill at least $400 higher than your estimate, you have the right to dispute it. More information is available at www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
