Understanding Therapy Fees
Therapy is an investment in your emotional health, relationships, and long-term well-being. Fees reflect the time, training, experience, and personalized care provided in each session. In addition to session time, services include preparation, documentation, coordination of care when appropriate, and ongoing professional development to ensure evidence-based treatment.
If you are using insurance, your out-of-pocket cost depends on your individual plan. Most insurance plans require a copay, coinsurance, or deductible before benefits apply. Contact your provider to understand session limits and reimbursement details.
For private pay clients, payment is due at the time of service. A detailed Superbill may be provided for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and secure electronic payments.
