The term Integrative Psychotherapy can describe two different aspects of my work. First, I use an integrative approach that may use different psychological approaches based on your individual needs. Second, the process of seeking authenticity involves integrating different aspects of who you are; aligning your thoughts, feelings, and actions to allow your authentic self to shine through.
